The Mkulima Mbunifu (MkM) Magazine, a Farmer Communication Programme project, has been empowering smallholder farmers in Tanzania since July 2011 through production and distribution of farmer magazines. Supported by the Biovision Foundation and Biovision Africa
Trust, MkM aims to enhance the economic, social, and environmental livelihoods of smallholder farmers through the adoption of ecologically sustainable agriculture (ESA) and improved agricultural productivity. The project produces a bi-monthly magazine distributed to farmers, schools, institutions, NGOs, CBOs, and individuals, reaching over 100,000 farmers in Tanzania.
