Mkulima Mbunifu (MkM) is a farmer information service based in Arusha, Tanzania, and implemented since July 2011 with support from Biovision Foundation, Switzerland and Biovision Africa Trust (BvAT), Nairobi, Kenya. MkM aims to provide information to smallholder farmers to enable them adopt improved sustainable agriculture technologies and practices.
MkM also aims to provide information to extension workers, researchers and students and to sensitize them on the available technologies and what needs to be done to improve the lifestyle of smallholder farmers in Tanzania. Government and private institutions, CBOs, NGOs, farmers groups, extension officers and individuals continue to support content and distribution of MkM information products.
MkM uses multiple communication pathways to deliver relevant and timely information on Ecologically Sustainable Agriculture (ESA) technologies and practices.
Mkulima Mbunifu is seeking a professional TV production company to develop a one-minute TV drama spot on health food production and consumption.
Scope of work
Under the supervision of MkM, the assigned company will;
- Develop a TV script for approval
- Hire actor for the drama
- Film, edit and produce an engaging 1-minute TV spot
- Undertake adjustments based on review comments from MkM
- Submit final TV spot
