We were honoured to host delegates from Biovision Foundation’s back donor, LED, including three Members of Parliament from Liechtenstein. The visit followed the 153rd IPU Assembly held at AICC in Arusha.
The delegation was keen to learn from LED-supported projects in Arusha Region. At the MkM office, our team presented the project. Farm Radio International (FRI), our partner through their interactive radio project, also shared their work.
The guests then travelled to Meru District to meet MkM Lead Farmer Elinuru Palangyo, who runs an organic garden. She welcomed the visitors and prepared a meal of local foods for them.
Thank you to our guests for their interest in the project and for the time they spent with beneficiaries. A special thank you to Mama Elinuru for showing agroecology at work.
